Talko

Windows · macOS · Linux

Meetings that
feel like talking.

Crisp multi-party video, instant rooms anyone can join with a link, and booking pages built right in — so scheduling never leaves the app.

Free during beta · Guests join with just the app and a link

How it works

From “let's talk” to talking, in three steps.

  1. Install Talko

One small app for Windows, macOS or Linux. Guests you invite install it too — that's the whole setup.

  2. Share your booking page

Set weekly hours once on the website. People pick a time that works — timezones handled, double-bookings blocked.

  3. Meet, automatically

Every confirmed booking creates its own Talko room. Click the link at meeting time and you're in.

Why Talko

Everything a great call needs. Nothing it doesn't.

Share your screen, keep every face

Presenting pins your screen while cameras stay in a live filmstrip — nobody disappears when the deck comes out.

One link, zero friction

Guests join with the app and a link — just their name, no account, no waiting rooms to babysit.

Chat that stays in the room

In-call messages live and die with the meeting. Say it, link it, move on.

Raise hands, throw confetti

Hand-raising and emoji reactions keep big calls human without interrupting the speaker.

Hosts hold the keys

Mute anyone, remove anyone, end the meeting for everyone. Your room, your rules.

Scheduling is built in — not bolted on

Every booking made on your Talko page automatically becomes a Talko room with the right people and the right time.

Built-in scheduling

Your calendar link,
already in the room.

Set your weekly hours once, share your booking page, and every confirmed time automatically becomes a Talko meeting — link, room and calendar invite included.

  • Weekly availability in your timezone, DST handled
  • Invitees see times in their timezone
  • Double-bookings blocked automatically
  • Calendar file (.ics) for every booking

Questions, answered.

Do guests need a Talko account?

No. Guests install the free app, click your meeting link, type their name and they're in. Accounts are only needed to host meetings or publish booking pages.

How many people can join a meeting?

Talko is built on an SFU media server, so group calls stay smooth well past the size of a typical team meeting. During beta there are no artificial participant limits.

Does scheduling handle timezones?

Yes — you set availability in your timezone, invitees see times in theirs, and daylight-saving shifts are handled automatically. Double-bookings are blocked, and you can add buffers between meetings.

Can invitees reschedule or cancel?

Every confirmation email and page includes a private manage link where invitees can pick a new time or cancel — the meeting room and link stay the same.

What does Talko cost?

Talko is free during beta — meetings, scheduling pages and the desktop app included.
